QuantumCURE Pro is a quantum-enhanced drug discovery platform built for people who don’t have a $100K license budget. It combines classical docking with real quantum entropy from QRNG devices and D-Wave annealing seeds, and classical PRNG to explore binding space more deeply and cut redundant simulations. Pipeline
Under the hood, QuantumCURE Pro runs a full end-to-end pipeline: scalable protein preparation, high-throughput docking, entropy-aware scoring (PRNG vs QRNG vs annealing), IC₅₀ prediction, clash and scaffold analysis, and final electron-distribution checks. Millions of compounds can be sifted down to a defensible wet list and ultimately a “Golden List” of lab-ready candidates. This is the same pipeline I use for my own oncology projects—and it’s available to partners and citizen scientists who want to run their targets on the same rails.
COMPARISON TO SCHRÖDINGER
Schrödinger offers software tools for molecular docking, primarily through its Glide application, which is used in drug discovery and design. Schrödinger spent decades building an extremely broad, high-precision classical platform for pharma and materials.
QuantumCURE Pro is deliberately narrower and more radical: it focuses on one thing—high-throughput, entropy-aware screening to build defendable wet lists and Golden Lists for real targets.
Instead of replicating every specialized module Schrödinger offers, I integrate the best open tools for docking, ADMET, scaffolds , and inject quantum entropy (QRNG and annealing seeds) where it matters most: in the search process itself.
